Incredible LASIK experience from Dr. Broyles and her team. Have been a contact / glasses wearer for many years, a little leery of LASIK. But, Austin seasonal allergies (which is literally every season) were getting the best of me. Was able to get an appointment for a LASIK eval, during which all members of the staff were extremely patient and knowledgable. I felt the eval was thorough, all potential risks explained. Fortunately, I was a good candidate. Took a few days to consider and then called back to schedule. LASIK procedure itself was a breeze. Great communication before, during and after. In my case, procedure was quick and not uncomfortable. I'm writing this review 1 day post-op, back to normal life and work with 20/15 vision. Crazy, right? Can't recommend them enough. I see a number of reviews on this page seem to be for a doctor who is no longer at Lake Austin, or perhaps never was? IDK, my experience was awesome.

Dr. Cottle and her office are simply the best. I had my cataracts out in the last 30 days and had such a great experience! The staff is positive and friendly - I spent several appointments with Brittany and she was so fun. Dr. Cottle is one of the best. She treated my late mother for eye issues and has seen me for several years. I trust her judgement, and the results have been stellar. Its so nice to find a team that communicates well, is professional AND personal, and accurate. Thanks to this office and team!

My first visit was extremely great. I was nervous and very nauseous. The staff Ms B took caring to a whole special level. She made my nervousness go away with her kindness and thr nausea with crackers..I felt special and feel so grateful. The rest of the office delivered stellar customer service. They were friendly,informative and very welcoming.

I had my lasik done last August and it was the best decision I ever made. Dr Cottle and her team are amazing. They are thorough, knowledgeable, and very professional. They made the whole experience a breeze. I felt safe in their hands during my procedure.
