I was diagnosed with dry eye disease two years ago while temporarily living in Texas; I have now relocated back to California and I have yet to find there a physician equal or better than Dr. Chan to treat my condition. I still travel back and forth to see her since she is the only one that has been able to properly address my problem. She takes time with her patients to develop a relationship where one feels safe and well cared for. I highly recommend her.

Great attention to detail. Dr Cottle explains in detail and is personable. Staff is nice too.

This is my second visit with Dr.Chan. I highly recommend her. She is very patient, caring and knowledgeable to answer all my questions about my dry eyes and gave me some samples to try on first.I hope my dry eye will be getting better soon after taking Xiidra.

Too bad 10 stars is not an option! Everyone at Lake Austin Eye is professional and courteous. They are very COVID compliant and take extra caution. Ive been seeing Dr Cottle for years, and she really knows her stuff. Highly recommend.
