I went to see Dr. Chan after going to another specialist eye doctor where I was not treated fairly. Dr. Chan and her office staff went above and beyond. Their customer service is exceptional. My first appointment with Dr Chan was over 2 hours. She was thorough and took the time to explain what was going on with my eyes. After 3 visits and constant supervision my eyes have improved.If you want a great specialist eye doctor I would highly recommend Lake Austin Eye.

I recently had Lasik surgery with Dr. Cottle. She and her team were very knowledgeable and really took their time explaining the process and answering my questions and concerns. I felt well taken care of throughout the entire process. The operating space and equipment seemed brand new and I had a painless and very comfortable surgery.I appreciated the little touches, like soft music playing in the exam room where I was prepped and the eye care kit with everything I needed to care for my eyes. My friend recommended Lasik with dr. Cottle and now I can too!
