Excellent experience. My technician, Ashley, was thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Dr Cottle explained my conditions and options very clearly. I have been to many ophthalmologists over the years and was most happy with Dr. Cottle and Ashley.

Dr. Chan and her staff are friendly, efficient, competent and professional. From the front desk receptionists to the technicians putting me through the multitude of tests and of course with Dr. Chan herself, I feel thoroughly cared for both medically as a patient and more importantly, as a person. Ive had debilitating eye issues most of my life, but as a patient of Lake Austin Eye, I finally have some answers and truly believe Im going to experience relief for the first time.Thank you, Dr. Chan!

Good staff but their procedures are too expensive for my budget and they don't offer payment plans for cataract surgery. Also will not honor my Aflac insurance. Wanted 12 thousand up.front for toric lens cataract surgery. Will be seeking elsewhere for surgery at a cheaper cost.
