Every time my mom or myself visit with Dr. Cottle we're always made to feel welcome and heard. The staff is friendly and professional. They greet everyone with a smile. I was diagnosed with dry eye disease two years ago while temporarily living in Texas; I have now relocated back to California and I have yet to find there a doctor equal or better than Dr. Chan to treat my condition. I still travel back and forth to see her since she is the only one that has been able to properly address my problem in addition to make feel safe and well care for; I highly recommend her.
