    I just completed the series of appointments necessary to complete cataract surgery. My experience with the Kovach Eye Institute was exceptional from every person I encountered during this time. I was always seen within minutes of arriving for my appointment and swiftly move through the process each time. Every person I dealt with was professional kind and reassuring. The surgical facility in Itasca was just as impressive. Both times I was seen within minutes of arriving and got exceptional care throughout the entire process. I have a phobia about needles and medical issues in general and they were all so kind in helping me get over all of it. My experience with both surgeries could not have gone better. I would highly recommend both the Kovach Eye Institute and the surgical center they use in Itasca. It is so amazing to be able to see the true color of things now without them being skewed from cataract issues. And lastly, the only discomfort I experienced during this entire 2 surgery process from beginning to end was the little needle stick when I got my IVs. I did not have one second of pain in either of my eyes. It could not have gone better.

    Dr. Kovach, Layla, and the entire team at Kovach Institute provided an exceptional level of care and professionalism. I came in with extreme poor eyesight, having worn gas-permeable contact lenses since I was 13 years old, and I was deeply concerned about my condition. Dr. Kovach and the team did what I thought was impossible, transforming my experience in a way that has been truly life-changing. Their dedication, follow-through, and expertise gave me a new outlook, and I cannot thank them enough. From a customer perspective, this was the best experience possible, and I highly recommend Kovach Institute to anyone seeking top-tier care.
