    Emergency visit: 2.5 hour wait time for a 4 minute visit and $300 medication prescribed that was never discussed during the visit. Terrible. When I called to have my records transferred over to Wheaton Eye Clinic, I expressed my concerns about my visit the day prior and was told that I would receive a call from the administration addressing my concerns. I never received a call and the emergency meds that my daughter was prescribed during the 4 minute visit, never even got called into the pharmacy.

    Kovach Eye Institute is an excellent clinic that deserves high praise. I had both eyes treated with the lasik procedure. The laser treatment removed the cataracts in both eyes. I also chose the option of having the special lens inserted in both eyes, so that my astigmatism was cured. I now have near-perfect vision and no longer need glasses. This is a WONDERFUL feeling ! I strongly recommend Kovach Eye Institute and I owe a debt of thanks to Dr. Mateen for doing such excellent and precise work.
