Getting ones annual eye exam is unfortunately a 2 hour procedure for a senior. But unlike in the past I spent less time sitting in a cold office waiting for 15 or more.

Excellent service. Arrived extremely early. Worked me in. The associates working with Dr Gregston went above all expectations. Lady working optical shop not so good. That is why only a 4.Dr put 3 prisms on right lens. She installed them and said wear them, they will get better. Impossible, i could see absolutely nothing. Dr readjusted them, better but not perfect.

Everyone in the office was kind and caring. Dr. Muirhead was compassionate and explained things thoroughly. My only complaint was the 2 hour wait in waiting room and that the same game show played on the TV for the entire 2 hours.
