Friendly reception, quick call back for exam. Exam areas a little too small from walker users, difficult to get in and out. I seriously question ADA compliance in these areas. I see no way for wheelchair users. Dr Lebus was quick but thorough and explained and answered questions we had.

While I didnt like the attitude of his first appointment with eye doctor, I did like the surgeon on his second visit.

Just 2 days after cataract surgery. This is my first eye, so I dont know what my expectations should be. My vision is still a little cloudy in my right eye. My right eye feels scratchy.I like to know the details behind what is going on. I would recommend Heaton Eye Associates provide more details. For example in my post op session, I asked how it was determined what lens to use. They looked up a survey I had filled out early in the process. They use that survey to determine the lens to use. I think Heaton should go over the criteria used to determine the lens with each patient and the patient have more input on deciding what lens to use. It is hopefully a once in a lifetime occurrence so more input would be welcome.I am still not sure what the process is for billing my Medicare Advantage plan. I have left a voicemail a couple of days ago, but havent received a call back yet.
