Can never go wrong with Heaton Eye. They always get my prescription right and offer the right contacts. I wished they still had Renew in Tyler or Longview so I could get a facial done right after.

Overall the experience wasnt that bad. The two ladies up front seem to be bothered when myself and an elderly lady came to check in. They were very short to explain of what they were asking of us. At the same time rushing us to get away. The back the doctor and staff was wonderful. The lady that help me with my contacts is great she is always cheerful and helpful.

I felt that things took way to long. 7:15 am appointment and did not get done until around 8:30/ 8:40.By the time my husband who had an 7:20 appointment was done it was close to 9 AM. The doctor and staff were very good but wait time was excessive.
