Overall the experience wasn't that bad. The two ladies up front seem to be bothered when myself and an elderly lady came to check in. They were very short to explain of what they were asking of us. At the same time rushing us to get away. The back the doctor and staff was wonderful. The lady that help me with my contacts is great she is always cheerful and helpful.

I felt that things took way to long. 7:15 am appointment and did not get done until around 8:30/ 8:40.By the time my husband who had an 7:20 appointment was done it was close to 9 AM. The doctor and staff were very good but wait time was excessive.

Staff was efficient but not especially friendly or helpful. Exam was efficient and professional. Dr. Was helpful in options available for me.

After I had come for my visit on the wrong day (according to yall), I was miffed. But as it turned out I had a very pleasant visit. The girl who did my eye exam was great! And Dr. Levis was very nice. The only reason I gave you 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the appointment mixup.
