Nice people and quick checkin. In and out quickly. Dr. Was nice and seem very knowledgeable. At check out is the only issue I have. Some reason the billing department isnt on the ball because I have to repeatedly tell them the two insurance I have Medicare and Medicaid. They keep asking for payment and I have to remind them each time that if the two insurances dont pay that I cant. Both have an annual eye exam allowance. I should not have a copay. The problem seem to be the insurance department isnt coordinating the two payments. They keep sending me bills and I have repeatedly given them the information. If this matter could be remedied Id appreciate it.

I was referred here by an ophthalmologist who was severely confused on my situation. The first doctor Dr. Muirhead was a wasted visit and said to me verbatim that my situation wasnt his problem. Dr Spindle however is an AMAZING DOCTOR and was very helpful with my situation. He helped me to figure out a diagnosis after seeing 6 other doctors. Although he was also confused in my situation he didnt stop until he properly diagnosed me and sent me to the proper doctors in Houston for assistance.
