My daughter and I had a great experience during our consultations. The staff we interacted with, Kimberly and Lisa, were super friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Lisa explained what she was doing and why for each procedure. Dr. Goel was extremely personable and relatable. We never felt rushed and he answered all our questions. We felt very comfortable moving forward with our procedures. Highly recommend!

Lisa was Awesome! Dr. Goel himself is a Fannntastic person! He didn't pressure me into anything and everyone just made me feel comfortable.

Staff was pleasant, knowledgeable, and made the consultation as easy as having a conversation rather than feeling like just another appointment. There was no pressure to move forward or make a decision at the moment.

Great experience and the reviews all turned out to be true :) super friendly and professional staff. I had the SMILE procedure and 20/20 now (eyes are more dry than before but that was expected).
