Arrived for a pre-operative exam and although the waiting room was relatively full I was waited on within 10 minutes of my scheduled time. The staff was efficient and answered all my questions promptly. The constant factor at all of Frantzs locations has been the passing of patients between various staff and the wait time between each of those handoffs.
