Very friendly front desk team. The tech who did the initial exam for color perception etc. seemed a little tense but relaxed after a few minutes and did a good job.My doctor was awesome and very thorough. Even though I know that its a busy office, she took her time with me and answered my questions.There is a huge variety of frames for every taste and team of opticians, all very friendly and knowledgeable.I will definitely be back in the future.

I cant say enough about the pre-op team. They were amazing atputting my mind to ease about having laser surgery. Dr. Frantz did my surgery and my eyes are 100 % better. I did have to wait a little longer than expected..my paperwork got lost. But I also realized they have only been in there new physicalitys for two weeks.

Very professional. I had an issue pop up with one of my eyes and they got me in that day. Everyone is kind and caring. I trust my eyesight to the staff at Frantz Eyecare.Theyve outgrown their space though. I hope the new location can handle the amount of patients, but dont like that it is further away from my home.
