A SHETLAND PONY, in a medical,sterile ,,facility ??? Enough with the comfort pets.l;Not their fault. THIS PATIENT has gone to far ;as she has no respect for patients , having eye surgery. WOULD THIS BE ALLOWED in a hospital?? I hope more people that were there post their disgust. What a stain on a facility Ive trusted with my eye sight.I highly regard the DRS.and staff.and want to stay their patient.

The Staff was very polite. The only issue I had was after getting my eyes examined I requested a copy of my new eye prescription and I was told that I would have to pay for it. This is unacceptable.

The service is great, the examination is thorough, and the doctors are amazing. Just remember to keep track of your appointments because they dont always send reminders, and youll get charged $50 if you miss one.

I waited in the lobby for an extremely long time. I finally approached the desk and asked why I hadnt been called after waiting for an hour and was told that they had been looking for me. But someone in the office felt badly about the situation and expedited me to have my appointed fulfilled. In spite of all that, I was treated well and was very impressed with the office personnel from that point forward. The service was excellent!!
