My review of my visit is that it was exceptional especially Brock , my tech who did my eye testing in preparation for my injection. I have been treated by Dr. Warrier at Franzs Eye Center for many years. Only recently was I a little put off by their insurance department. I was texted by their insurance department the day before my appointment indicating that i was not authorizes by them to pay for my treatment for macular degeneration which requires a shot in my right eye and that I had to reschedule after 6-3-2025 or I would have had to self-pay for my treatment. I rescheduled for 6-4-2025 and was prepped and ready to get my injection when I was told again by the staff that Insurance would not pay for my injection. Dr. Warrier and her staff found a way for me to give me my injection so that I wouldnt have to return another day for treatment. Both me, Dr. Warrier and her technicians were frustrated by the insurances insistence I was not eligible for treatment. Brocks quick and efficient prep work and Dr. Warrier and her team are the reasons that I will continue to trust my eye care to the Franz Eye Care center in Fort Myers, FL.Rich Buckingham

Beautiful Facility. Check in staff was excellent. The 1st person that did the initial eye exam had a very thick accent and was a little difficult to understand. Not much of a personality either. Doc was great!!! Check out staff was excellent as well.Main issue was that I filled out the forms online in order to avoid doing it in the waiting room. Then I had to fill out a form witht he same questions. Then was asked the same questions again when in the examining roomOverall a pleasant experience, with the exception of the 1st examiner.
