The service is great, the examination is thorough, and the doctors are amazing. Just remember to keep track of your appointments because they dont always send reminders, and youll get charged $50 if you miss one.

I waited in the lobby for an extremely long time. I finally approached the desk and asked why I hadnt been called after waiting for an hour and was told that they had been looking for me. But someone in the office felt badly about the situation and expedited me to have my appointed fulfilled. In spite of all that, I was treated well and was very impressed with the office personnel from that point forward. The service was excellent!!

Very efficient. Very thorough. The doctor spent an appropriate amount of time and answered all my questions. No complaints.

I like the people at the Frantz Eyecare office. The only thing I find a bit frustrating is the wait to see the doctor. I think 1/2 hour is a bit long to wait to see the doctor. The other people I saw were very professional.
