I needed to see a doctor my eye was inflamed, I call the Ocoee lactation, they were booked BUT the staff called other locations and found an opening in college park , they were wonderful. I want to thank the staff in both locations as they work together to help me out

First and foremost. This message started in Text Messages. I thought I had such a good experience, as always, I would leave you a positive note. I clicked the link then I waited for almost a minute. That is an hour in a productive persons world. Imagine walking up to the counter to check in and you had to wait for a response. BAD. Then the link that came up wanted me to sign in, WHAT. I have not had this happen to me at any other Dr's office for a review. WORSE.The lady at the Check in dest was just wonderful (Michigan St.) The lady that started the voyage through the visit, Jackie, was very professional and polite. She answered my questions and was helpful when I needed her to be. The Icing on the Cake was Dr. Letbetter. This is the kind of doctor I want at all my drs offices. He is more than Outstanding. Highly Professional, Highly Skilled, and could not be better at understanding what you are going through. Most willing to answer any eye question and gave an answer that I could understand. Thank You Dr. Letbetter.
