They contacted me after they had a cancelation. 4 days after I sent them my records I was in the office, had an exam, had minor surgery, and was on my way. Would give Dr Jocham and his staff 10 stars if I could.

I have had shingles in my eye for many years. Although Im not going to have my sight back in the eye Dr Cho has tried everything possible to help me. Im still going to her to make sure everything is good. She is wonderful, caring, professional, friendly and has an amazing bedside manner as they put it. The staff also is so professional, courteous, friendly and helpful. I wouldve have asked for a better place to take care of my needs.

The staff which I encountered at EVERY level and step of the process was absolutely AMAZING!! VERY helpful, efficient, knowledgeable. The most impressive one is Dr. Ledbetter. Very engaging, calm and informative. Explained the procedure thoroughly and answered questions well. Then went to the surgery center in Altamonte. Same experience there. Phenomenal staff. I was highly apprehensive about having this laser treatment done. The staff truly made the experience so much easier. Cannot say enough good things about Michigan and Altamonte crew.
