    Originally in 2019/2020, I had a negative experience. But new staff and new physicians have improved interactions overall. Many have greatly improved there communication efforts. My experience has been better over the last several months.

    The one thing that stood out to me was a little lack of communication for procedure. Would rather of had a pamphlet to take home to read and verify instruction for procedures and for follow up. I now know what the procedure is. I will not move for the next eye! All in all once it was explained further I did not move.
