    Waited over an hour past my appointment for less than 3 minutes of the doctor's time. The place is huge but was still packed to the point where I had nowhere to sit. The staff was rude - at least those that I dealt with - and treated me like I didn't matter. My issue wasn't resolved but I won't be back.

    I went for a contact lens appointment and was only seen by the doctor for less than ten minutes. Afterwards the doctor assigned me a contact lens prescription with my left eye prescription being way stronger than my right. I wore it for a couple weeks. I had constant headaches when wearing it and felt my left eye strained. I scheduled an appointment to reassess the prescription with a different doctor. They saw me for less than five minutes. I had to point out that my previous prescription was too strong. He then did a test and realized I was right. He did not even apologize for the previous, wrong prescription. I was told to wear the new contact lens pair and call back within a week for the prescription. I called and they said they would send it. They never did. I had to drive back there and get it myself. Go somewhere else. They churn customers out like cattle and doctors dont check you out for longer than five minutes.

    Overbooked!! Just another example of doctors greed. They don't care if you have an appointment unless you're late; They'll get to you whenever they want to. At one point the waiting room had 28 people waiting to be called back; no telling how many were in the back waiting in rooms for a doctor to finally show up.

    Not a happy costumer at optical department.The supervisor was the most arrogant, rude and unprofessional you would encounter in any business! ******again, not a happy returned customer!Yesterday, I went to EAoT to see a doctor for an irritated eye. Good old doctor told me, before we do anything he wants me to get the antibiotics eye drop and come back as soon as possible. He made me an appointment for the next morning (less than 24 hrs later) for fallow up.Today, I went back for the fallow up. I was surprised that they would charge me as new visit. I ask the front desk supervisor to explain the charge to me. The not so friendly and irritated supervisor explained to me that they operate like grocery store. Every time You get milk, You have to pay for it!I am truly disappointed to get such a comparison of buying milk at grocery store and follow up visit at a stablished Medical organization. And getting charged TWICE!
