It is a very large impersonal place where you take a number and wait 3 or 4 times.

Staff is very nice and professional, however I've had a few issues getting referrals to different doctors/offices. I was told that I needed an MRI and that Tallahassee Diagnostic Imaging would be reaching out to schedule it. Called them and they said they never received the referral from Eye Associates. This happened twice, and then once I actually scheduled the MRI someone from a different imaging place called me trying to schedule the same MRI. After that MRI I was told that I would be referred to a different doctor at Tallahassee Neurosurgery Clinic. After not hearing from them I called and was told that they never received a referral from Eye Associates. Every time I call Eye Associates to try to get it figured out I get essentially no answers and I'm told that someone will call me back. Very unorganized and frustrating.

My visit with Dr Louie and staff was great. Frustration began after waiting 45 minutes for a surgical co coordinator. I left with the promise of a phone call that never came. After multiple calls, leaving messages, transfers and call lost. I gave up. Reconsidering this practice and my surgery.

The front desk seemed irritated with me that I asked how to get into my patient portal. I called back many times, and it was never resolved. All they said is that 'they weren't technical people'. So I called the portal company which couldn't help me because they said it was the office's responsibility. It's not the first time there has been conflicting information.
