I called last week to book an appointment. I was told after I provided my insurance information that I would receive a call to schedule an appointment that day..week later no phone call has been received. I understand things happen but this is a service industry and since most people need eye exam, glasses, contacts yearly you would think that you would attempt to gain a customer not lose one with poor service.

I have been trying to schedule a LASIK consultation/appointment for 4 weeks. I call every morning, I am the 1st and only one in the que for LASIK, and no one ever answers the phone. Then I have left messages and no one has called back. Ive also filled out the form in the website and I received a call back from someone NOT in the LASIK department. She then sent me back to the LASIK voicemail to leave another message that will go unanswered. And they keep telling me the LASIK person is out of the office. So I am to believe the LASIK coordinator has been out for 4 weeks? Terrible customer service.

I paid $263.20 and was billed an additional $48.80 out of my own pocket, and was given a complete series of tests, but I was told they do not know what is causing my problem with my vision. The doctor does not seem to be the least bit concerned about the lack of a diagnosis, was curt, detached, and seemed animus from the start of her examination of my vision. I was summarily dismissed and the doctor hurried away from me. I feel wronged and cheated, and I do not recommend this business to anyone. I expect a different ophthalmologist will discover what the problem is with my vision which will prove the ineptitude of Eye Associates.

After multiple calls and one broken promise for return call. I was quoted between $300 & $600 for eye exam.Going to Walmart vison center tomorrow for my $99 exam.Made me sad to see what appeared to be a good eye center arrive here last year turn into that.Perhaps we will one day get our vision center back at our Walmart.
