I recommend Dr Koh. I was disappointed in the wait times for my appointent, A 2:50 appt. turned into a 3:45 appointment. Then scheduling was another 30 minutes plus.Maybe they think patient time is not valuable?

The people are very friendly but the place is huge and disorganized. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment time, signed in on the kiosk and waited 40 minutes for the kiosk to tell me to go for check in. I wasnt ever called to go to the desk for checkin. I went to the desk and told them theyd skipped me and she checked me in. I waited another half hour and again went to the desk. The person there searched for me as theyd lost me a second time. After a few minutes I was called back for the eye test and then escorted to the PAs room and was examined. I was sitting in the PAs room one hour after my appointment time. It was difficult waiting that long. I think they must be double booked or something that its so disorganized. Otherwise its a nice place.

Went here last week. Overall a beautiful building and front office staff. Dr. Weaver however not so much. Didn't receive a "how are you" or any indication he was friendly and like others say all business. In and out in three minutes and didn't offer assistance with questions or provide details on the conclusion. Pretty much addressed the nurse and ignored me in general and ran out of the room.Basically if you want all professional and no friendly this is the spot. If you're depending on information use Google because the doctor(s) are in too big of a hurry to provide any information. Will give a 2nd chance to see how it goes.I guess they've never heard of "you get more bees with Honey".

In the 20 years I have been a patient, I have noticed a significant icing of atmosphere. No longer a smiling receptionist at the door but a computer screen. In the waiting room a disembodied voice calling out the last 4 numbers of one's cell phone. Efficient, I suppose. Happy with the care, though. Great doc.But odd that I would feel more welcoming atmosphere at the auto mechanic.
