    Seeing his 1 star rating was no surprise to me. Clearly he treats all his patients with a sour attitude and hates his job and wants to project that on anyone in his presence. Feel bad for his employees/assistants because they obviously feel uncomfortable too. Every time I leave his office I am reminded of why I cant stand seeing him for the 5 minutes he talks AT you without listening you. I just have to laugh at how someone could be so miserable because thankfully; unlike him, I have the capability to brush things off and chose to be happy and nice to the people around me. He should try it.

    I wish I could leave a zero star rating. My partner and I, waited with our 3 month old infant forever. We waited about twenty or thirty in the waiting room. Then we waited about forty more for the doctor to come introduce herself and her assistant put in more eye drops and said they'd be back in ten minutes. About 50 minutes later, the assistant comes back and asks if they came back to put more in. We told her that she was the last person in there with us, then she tells us the doctor will be with us in just a minute, that she was gonna let her know our daughters eyes were dilated enough. Only for them to disappear on us yet again. Thirty more minutes passed and I let the assistant (who was just sitting down in the hallway) know that we would be leaving since they clearly didn't care about our family. She said she was gonna go grab the doctor. Around forty more minutes passed and we just left. The front office people and the lady who walked us to the back were very nice and punctual.

    This is not the first time. 45 minutes after my appointment time, I walked out of this cow pasture and I won't be back. They are too busy and always overbooked. There's so much more I could say, but it'll never change until this racket changes the way it does business! Customer Service is NOT their priority at all.

    Catarac surgery did not turn out well and nobody could give us an explanation . The doctor didn't bother to follow up on my mom just sent her on to somebody else . After multiple shots we gave up . Just had another doctor from some where elsedo the other eye and she did excellent !

    You have a serious problem with your scheduling. I tried to contact the clinic to cancel an appointment because my wife was having a Colonoscopy on the date on of my appointment. No one would call me back after I left a message. You need to correct this problem before you lose all your credibility.
