I have no complaints about the physician at all.They're access appointments issues with this particular practice and very long waits.What can be done about this?

I was seen almost immediately by the tech who was very kind and professional. I then waited just a few minutes for Dr Ford who came in, barely spoke, did a quick exam and pronounced me the same as last year. Not the best experience, but not the worst.

Was seen 1 hr 45 mins after appointment time. Doc was great. Diagnosed and finished within 10 minutes. Only 3 stars because of long wait.

I am not pleased with my lens implants. I wish I had opted for the cheaper kind. Plus they keep you waiting far beyond your appointment time. They are ok for regular glasses.
