My daughter had an appointment today with Dr Weaver at 3:45 pm. After waiting for over an hour, the front desk advised her they were over an hour behind. My daughter told her she should have been told this when checked in initially as she would have waited in our car. The waiting room was filled with patients. She has a weakened immune system and doesnt need to be exposed for that long of time. She observed that as patients left, no one cleaned the seats. She advised the front desk all of this and was advised to call them on her next appointment and ask if and how long they are behind. She ad used it was their responsibility not patients! It seems like they overbook patients as she was not given a reason they were so far behind. Otherwise, Dr Weaver is excellent. They just need to advise patients if timeframe of appointments are interrupted. Patients have to schedule around their personal and work timetable and should receive courtesy also! It is currently 5:15 and she is still inside

The optometry staff are terrific and customer service oriented. The ophthalmology staff are always kind & professional. The last time my eyes were checked with an eye chart the new guy was incompetent. He ended up looking up my prescription. The physicians are second rate. They do not offer current options for treatment of glaucoma. They also do not have technologically advanced versions of equipment for testing. They do not perform the latest minimally invasive surgical procedures or laser. In response to your reply 11.12.19. No, none of your physicians do laser. I don't have questions as I can read their qualifications and procedures they are qualified to perform. No, your equipment is not up to date as I've been to first rate places in USA.The young man that last checked my vision couldn't figure it out and went to your optometry department to get my prescription. Last time I had an OCT on your machine it was done by two adolescents who were there for a summer job and not interested in becoming doctors or PAs. This is not professional care. I had to request my OCT be performed as well. Seems odd as I've lost significant vision in last year but have to remind your staff to do yearly tests.

The scheduling and wait periods at this center are atrocious. I have been here several times, each well before scheduled appointments and have had to wait for exceedingly long periods. I consider this to be bad treatment and disrespectful as if I have time to waste.

Arrived at 8:06. It is now 8:20 and we're still 2nd in line to check in. This place should look at how Quest does their check ins. Quest has you sign in and sit down. Then they call you when they are ready.

Arrived 5 minutes before appointment not expecting to wait in line for more than 15 minutes. Line to check in was literally out the door and stayed that way while I waited to be called. Many were elderly people. At pre exams with tech they did not have needed supplies and had to scramble around to make do. Seems like an office manager is needed desperately before care is impacted.
