Dr Louie is wonderful as was the receptionist and young man who did my pre appointment procedures..checking pressure, sight readings, dialating my eyes.BUT I had a10:20 appointment and did not see Dr Louie until after 12:00 noon. The back waiting room emptied 3 times before I was finally called. There was never any communication as to WHY. When I asked I was told they were just very busy and short techs up front! I was there before 10:20, checked in promptly, then seen by a tech placed in the back waiting room to waitI think y paper work got misplaced! I was frustrated!

Very difficult calling to make an appointment and then when I went for my appointment I had an hour wait. The Optical Dept. was also very slow and busy. My doctor and the Optician did a good job when I finally got in.

Dr. Trafton and the technicians, Mel and Tia, were all wonderful and super caring! I did have to wait 30 minutes after my appointment time which was disappointing. The equipment (computer, keyboard, eye equipment) in the exam room was very dusty.

It was 30 minutes past my appointment before I was called back to the technician. Then another 35 before I saw a doctor. Service was great but they need to work on time management. My time is just as valuable as the doctor.
