Great doctors but a terribly managed office. Appointments are always late, staff takes several days to return messages, and schedules the wrong type of appointments resulting in a waste of both the patient and the doctors time.

I just canceled my appointment after sitting in the waiting room for over an hour. I had an 8:30 appointment and they are already an hour behind. I will reshedule because I like my doctor. But I will do so when I have time to waste.

The place looks clean and fancy. The staff is nice but not warm. The doctor was knowledgeable but quick. The billing department charges late fee and theres no notice of that late fee in my first statement.
