They only answer their appointment line and do not respond to left messages. Im seriously considering finding another doc because I cannot reach these people by phone or chat.

It is nearly impossible to make an appointment because of the associates. I had a referral from another doctor. They never called to make an appointment. When I called them they said I was not in their system and said that they would call the other doctor and call me. They never called back. I have glaucoma and have to be treated quickly.

Was refered to by current eye doctor ive been seeing to this place because i needed a specialist (symptoms not going away with antibiotics) Only to spend 40min on hold by automated machine. To not get answers to questions because my insurence provider is not supported by them. Waste of time and may go blind

My appointment was for 3:30pm, it is now 5:45pm and I am still waiting, with dilated eyes to see the doctor. It is more that obvious that they have no regard or respect for their patients time. Would not recommend
