Most unpleasant experience. Arrived at appointed time and filled out their "short" survey of 20 or more pages.Was later called to the front desk to see Adam. He took my insurance information and then I answered more questions and acknowledgments, giving up most of my rights and promising not to hold them responsible for anything. I sat back down for another 30 minutes, watching others who arrived after me get service. I went back to Adam at the front desk and asked why there was a delay. After providing insufficient answers, I talked to the supervisor, Summer. After getting more insufficient answers like "we need to check our computer" and "maybe she's running behind" I requested the appointment t be rescheduled and to refund $63.88 that was charged to my Visa. They wanted to hold my payment for the next visit and I told them I would not pay it.Very disappointed in all the run around and paperwork for over an hour to get a simple eye exam.

Ii went here for a new upgrade eye prescription all I got was used car lasik hard pressure sales pitch. The eye exam was done by nurse staff NOT Dr. By the time I bought glasses was too late finding out what a terrible job they did. I will never go back to substandard treatment like that.

Rude staff that answers the phone. Wont become a patient based off of that call. Train your staff better.
