I had a traumatic eye injury and he did not want to spend the time fitting me into a contact lens that would give me the best possible vision given the circumstances. He told me my eye was not "aligned" with my other healthy eye causing me to have double vision. Tried to push me in the direction of his in house contact lenses and said these would be the only ones that would work.
