After THEY told ME i had to reschedule because i could not have my eyes dilated that day, they wanted to charge me a no-show fee of $25. I explained that was not fair, because i DID show, I was standing in front of her!! She had to "go to her supervisor" and after 10 more minutes, the "supervisor" agreed to waive the fee "just this once." Remember: i was NOT a no-show. I had been misinformed when the appointment was made. NOT cool. Will not be back.

The appointment system is a joke. I had a 400 appt and I am writing this at 454. I have not been seen yet and have spent the entire time inn the front lobby. Same experience with my previous 2 visits. Once this referral is taken care of, will not be back. My time is valuable too.

Had a very simple request to Dr. Louie for a generic letter explaining my eye condition to employers, potential police pull overs , and anyone else who might wonder about my condition which makes me look like i downed a pint of vodka for breakfast , and would not write it . There is absolutely no legal reason not to grant me a generic letter explaining i have an eye condition, it's just something " they don't do". I understand today's doctors have to cover themselves in every possible way to prevent all the malpractice lawsuits and such, but I just don't feel this is a compromising request.
