Took my 85 year old Mom in for a 9:20 routine eye exam. She waited two hours while I had to wait outside in 40 degree weather due to COVID. She finally got so upset she left without being seen and the only solution they offered he was another appointment on 1/19 another full month later. Looking fo another provider. Totally unacceptable and abusive.

Astonishing. The medical community has classes for medical professionals like Eye Associates to learn how to interact with patients that are very, very nervous at the Dr's office. They should all go. (Edited for clarity. This provider needs the classes)

Just have gotten out of the hospital My follow up appt was set for August 21, 2020 with Dr. Bui. My vision was still double I didn't have the money to pay my copayment of $40. I ask could I pay on the 30th or could I pay half. Liz stated no I couldn't be seen. No consideration of my double vision just money hungry no consideration of patient care. I. called August 31 to schedule appt. & I was told I have abalance of $25 plus $40 . It doesn't feel like this office is concern for the health of the patient. I have been coming to this office for yearsalways paying I paid thousands of dollars for surgeries. The one time I needed them no help my vision is still double. I am being told that this office will work with certain people. I guess I am not one of the ones the Office Manager will not work with. I am very disappointed not so much about the money, but most medical offfices always put the patient health & services first

Doesnt do his job. I was shocked that my vision exam was performed by the medical assistant. A optometrists job is to perform a vision exam and prescribe eyeglass prescriptions and contact lenses. I have had glasses for 20+ years and never had a doctor that was so lazy and unprofessional. I mentioned this to him, and he stated that the technicians are trained to do this. Optometry school is 4 years post undergraduate training and it is inappropriate to not perform the exams that he was trained to do. 0/10 would recommend.
