I was treated terrible..I even helped a women leaving there today ..in tears.She felt verbally abused by one of the optometrist..same one that slammed his stuff down during my Appointment a mth ago Taratino?? Something like that...I'm so dissapointed and angry..How Dare they!!!!.People stop and pay attentionplus my eyes are worse after my cataract surgery still from Feb and April 1 2021

Absolutely Horrible Customer Service. Being the biggest must mean that you do not have to care for customers who have already paid for their eye wear. The visit for my mother was wonderful, the exam staff were very professional and cordial. Then you get a prescription and you go to the optical Dept. You have to wait at least an hour, but you finally get to order your glasses you are told they will be in in 8 to 10 days. after 11 days you decide to call and check, but you CANNOT get optical to pick up the phone. I spent 41 minutes on the phone trying to reach Optical. I talked with records, and two other depts, they were kind enough to walk over to Optical and check and informed me that Optical now is stating that the glasses will not be in for two weeks. Now that we have paid for the glasses, we are at their mercy, and they do not care enough to even pick up the phone.

I made an appointment for my issue and I did specify my problem but they still made an appointment with the Doc who does not specializes in the treatment of my problem. I had to pay 40$ extra for the checkup and make an appointment again with the different doc for the same treatmentEven after this issue, I still went for the treatment, I had the surgical treatment and I am stuck with the same issue again even after the treatment. Now, I am calling them and I cant connect to them through their number either. One of the worst experience I had with a healthcare facility.I would not recommend this place for any sort of treatment what so ever.Vaibhav

First visit with Dr. Trafton following eye surgery resulted in a grumpy lecture expressing hisdisapproval of the necessity of the surgery. I was shocked that he did not share his opinionprior to my surgery, and seemed further aroused when I responded that my distance vision wasmuch improved. Never want to sit in his presence again. He is not professional.

Had an appointment with Dr. Ko, called to confirm appointment 1 week prior, was given date and time. Upon coming in, they stated there was no record of appointment and they refused to let me have an eye exam. Even acknowledged there was a note in my chart about an appointment but no time officially set up. (Why was I given a date and time then?) Was told they would not see me the entire day because of their mess up. Don't waste your time here. Plenty of alternatives out there.
