Sorriest service in the world appointment was at 1:50 we werent called back until 2:40 not recommended if youre in a rush they like to take there time, talking is there #1 priority

My sons had a new patient appt there today and we weren't allowed to shut the door due to covid so when I asked the tech Sarafina about the privacy of the patient she didn't answer until I asked for another tech. Then she answered and said she didn't know how I wanted her to answer. From the beginning of the appt she gave us attitude due to me correcting her on how my sons name was said. They have "signs" that said that they aren't allowed to shut the door. But they aren't posted every where. Shouldn't one be posted by the front desk where you sign in at? I am not understanding this offices polices because they have you sign hippa privacy statement but won't allow you to shut the door while in a exam. So medical information is what yall protect not the patients rights to a private exam.( update as of 10/24/2021.) Now this office is trying to charge me for missing a appt. When I showed up and got treated horrible as stated before. You call and nobody answers or contacts you back.

Very poor experience. Was seen by wrong Doctor (went for LASIK exam..) got a $250 out of pocket eye exam instead. The battle is going on 6 months now for a refund...

I have never had any complaints about this business until I was seen by Deanna Louie, a M.D. with Eye Associates of Tallahassee. She had no concern for my health or my complaint. She brushed me off and seemed to not care what I was talking about like I was ignorant. Today, I am still having the same problem that she claimed wasn't present and it's actively worsening. People shouldn't get a Medical License unless they truly care for others, not just a pay check.

I would genuinely advise anyone under the age of 60 to avoid this place. I went here on the 18th for the first eye appointment in twenty years because I was having trouble with depth perception possibly.They clearly are a factory style facility where they are just trying to get as many people in as possible, I should have known it was a red flag when I called and said they could fit me in next day, and I do want to mention it took over 3 hours. But what was (is) extremely frustrating is the fact that I couldn't read to well up close when I came in and since they dilated my eyes I cannot read AT ALL up close. Everything is now blurry up close when I try to read it, it is worst now then when I went to them. And the doctor who I saw for maybe, and this is sadly not an exaggeration, for 5 minutes told me I had great eye sight especially compared to all of the people she's seen that day or that week. Okay and your average client appeared to be 70 years old so yes, yes by that notation I am sure I had great eye vision but do I really need to explain to someone with a post graduate degree just because my eyes look a lot better than your 70 - 90 year old clientele does not mean my eyes are good!Now I am trying to decide if I want to waste another $80 co-pay to go to another eye specialist or keep walking around unable to read anything. Either way they failed and I do not want anyone else to have to waste money and time going here because you most likely will.Editors note, they are going to copy and paste their same templated response so I will go ahead and provide an answer, No. No I do not want to discuss further your inability to provide the services I paid for the first time. I cannot read because of you all at all up close now. Would you go back to a place that made something worse?
