Dr. staff were wonderful. Unfortunately, there was a child running around coughing and even came into the smaller room where our eyes get dilated and running around coughing. The parents didnt seem to care. Maybe at some point the staff needs to ask the parents to control their child. That being said, Ive had a cough since then. Most patients that morning were elderly and more likely get ill.

Positives: Plenty of reminders about the appointment! Several opportunities to fill out information online, to save time. Efficient and professional at all levels--each of the nurses, and the Doctor--Dr. Taylor. Great communication and attentive.Negative: only one thing--I would have liked to have been told what was entailed in the appointment, and how long all of the tests would take. I assumed maybe an hour, but it was 2 hours (8:45-10:45 a.m.) I dont mind that it took that long, but it would have helped me to know ahead of time, to plan better. Im very glad for the great tests, and for the thoroughness! THANK YOU!
