Dr. Taylor is thorough, informative, and takes time to answer questions and explain conditions, treatments, etc. The staff is friendly and accommodating. This is a very busy practice, and the wait time is always long. It would be helpful if they could decrease the appointment wait time.

The waiting room for cataract surgery is inhumanly small. People are sitting on top of each other, often for long periods of time. It is almost like a cattle pen. Surely you can do better.
