    Dr. Haun is caring, detailed excellent! The office staffs are welcoming helpful. They have the most thoughtful appointment reminder system that so far I have experienced . One of the best medical offices in the Knoxville!

    I hardly know where to begin. From the moment I entered the door to the moment I left , i felt so welcome and valued. I cannot praise Dr. Williams enough. She was knowledgeable, thoughtful and we spoke to things that had been so troubling to me except no one would ever really listen. I.have an immune problem with very specific issues and she took those seriously and we had a meaningful discussion about my options and choices. When you have a rare disorder that no.one has ever heard of you find yourself being swept aside and no one to help when you need it. I would like to say it was by chance I found this place but I dont really believe that. I truly believe God led me to that place. Thank you to everyone who works there. You are all truly special

    After years and years of contacts/glasses, I decided it was time for a change. Dr. McMillan performed my ICL (implantiable collamer lense) surgery and was extremely helpful and thorough in explaining everything that was happening throughout this process. He even made a follow up call the evening after my surgery to make sure things were going smoothly.The surgery took maybe 15 minutes for each eye (2 seperate surgeries) with no issues or pain. The best part - for the first time in 26 years I was able to wake up the next morning and see without having to grabmy contacts or glasses!!I am so thankful for Dr. McMillan and the team here. This was a life changing experience.
