Having to wear glasses the past 20 years of my life this has been a LIFE CHANGING EVENT. I know have 15/20 vision and dont have to wear glasses. Like everyone that has had lasik surgery before me said wish they had done it sooner. I wish I had did it years ago. Had lasik eye surgery done 4 weeks ago. Everyone was so helpful and wonderful during the process. Highly recommend the office to everyone.
I was terrified of laser eye surgery, but it was something I really wanted. Dr. Cunningham and his staff were amazing. They go above and beyond to help you feel relaxed. The entire process from consultation to follow up visits is a well oiled machine. He talks you through the surgery and tells you what hes about to do and what sensation to expect before he does it. The staff are so helpful and professional. Best of all, I now have 20/20 vision without contacts!!! I had a fantastic experience and will recommend them over and over again. (My surgery was in July 2018.)
Amazing care by the doctors and all staff. Everyone was very concerned and caring with me each and every visit. Definitely recommend lasik surgery with this office. I'm very glad i chose to get my lasik surgery done by them. I always know i can count on the doctors or staff for any questions i have in the future! I would do the process ten times over if i had too! Very happy with my out come!
Visited Eye Care Optical in Maryville looking for eyeglass frames and professional help since my prescription has some challenges when it comes to picking out correct frames for optimal vision. I had been having problems with glare and vision with my current glasses, even though the lens were correct prescription. Optician, Megan Bradley, was great! She explained how a different frame shape and anti-glare coating could make a great difference in my vision. She was very patient, informative, helpful and pleasant. I absolutely love Dr. Billingsley at the Maryville branch! I have been using her for over 20 years, and she is fantastic! She always works with me to make sure I have the correct contact lenses, and she explains what's going on with my vision and any issues I ever have. She makes sure I understand when I have vision changes and works hard to make sure my contacts work and are comfortable for me to wear daily.The receptionist and front office staff are wonderful as well. They work hard to be sure we are getting the most out of my insurance. I have a particularly special prescription in one of my eyes, and this makes my yearly lenses rather pricey, so any help I can get on making sure my insurance pays what it is supposed to pay is great. Making appointments are easy and hassle free as well.Highly recommended! I wouldn't trust my vision to anyone but Dr. Sharon Billingsley, and I haven't for over 2 decades.
