The doctor was fantastic and thorough and the staff was friendly and helpful. The optician was great and helped me find a pair of Oakley's I love and I got transitions which have been amazing in the sun.
I have worn glasses for over 60 years and have seen eye doctors and opticians in many states of this country. Eyecare Optical in Oak Ridge TN is by far the best eye clinic in my life experience for diagnosis, treatment, and service! Dr. Mia Guillory (optometrist) was incredibly thorough and generous in her explanations and answers to my questions and concerns. Many state-of-the-art pieces of equipment were utilized in my appointment, some of which I had never encountered before in offices of opthalmologists or optometrists. My technician, Chris, was very gracious and personable. Megan, my optician, was super knowledgeable and accomodating in helping me to decide on the best frame for my taste and the ideal material and manufacturer for my progressive lenses. Finally, the office has the most friendly receptionist, Maresa. Please consider Eyecare Optical in Oak Ridge for your total vision needs. I will be calling on one of their opthalmologists in the coming year for my annual medicare exam.
Absolutely perfect experience from start to finish. All the staff are courteous and professional. Very welcoming. Dr. Guillory is great. And I like my new glasses.
Was referred to Dr. Jake McMillin for cataract surgery. I cannot say enough good things about him and his staff. From the very first pre-op appointment to the last post-op appointment, and the surgery itself, I was impressed by his professional, warm, compassionate demeanor. He and his staff explained everything about the procedure and answered all my questions. My surgery was different than most, as I had one eye done for distance vision and the other eye done for near vision. I'm so happy with the results! All my life I've never been able to see without glasses or contacts. Now I don't have to wear either one! Thank you, Dr. McMillin and staff, for helping me to see!
