Kirk Haun and his associates yesterday.I found Dr. Hahn to be thoroughly professional and courteous, as were the several associates who ran the various tests on my eyesight. I was treated with care and respect, and my questions were answered thoroughly and completely. I look forward to a continued and productive relationship with Dr. Haun and his associates.Its an attractive office and is run with great efficiency. It was easy to enter my healthcare information and to use the patient portal. My post-visit results were promptly posted in a clear, easily understood report format. Its noteworthy that the implementation of information technology is head and shoulders above most healthcare practices in the Knoxville area and is a credit to the practice.
My visit was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Attentive, professional, friendly and thorough are just some of the descriptors that come to mind when I think about the people who work here. I was given the most thorough eye exam I have ever received. My concerns and questions were heard and addressed with patience and understanding. This will be the only place I will go for eye care from now on.
