I brought my mom here for cataract surgery over the past two weeks. They made us feel so comfortable & explained the procedure very well. She was referred to Dr. Klienfeldt through our eye doctor & from beginning to end everything was great. All the location were convenient & all appointments were quick & on time. Her eyes were extremely bad & now she can see perfectly! No discomfort at all & after two post-op appointments she would recommend Dr. Klienfeldt to anyone! It was the best experience & she is very happy!
The office works efficiently without any waiting periods. They prepare well for the Doctor's visit. I recommend OSM and I have left a review for Dr. David Ellenberg on that website. He is very good.
My first experience in this office was so-so and I was nervous to come back for my second.. thankfully seeing a new doctor this time who appreciated the patients time..I was pleasantly surprised this go around and felt more than welcomed, heard and taken care of. Dr. Ahmed was kind and helpful and I appreciated his calm tone and patience.However - a very special shout out to Patti (i believe that was the nurses name) that did my dye test. She was awesome. Took time to listen to my concerns as Im anxious about needles. She made me laugh and showed so much care - for someone with extremely high anxiety I cant tell you how much I appreciated her concern / way about things. It felt comfortable and safe and was so quick, easy and painless!! Thank you again!!
