Even though I have a serious issue with my eye, Dr Chow had a calming effect and made me feel confident in the treatment he was prescribing, and that the prognosis is good.
Friendly, helpful office personnel. Reminder texts and emails were sent to me explaining the checkin process. Dr Chow personally cares about the health of his patients. I have seen him periodically for lesions on my cornea. He is knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the diagnosis. I feel comfortable asking questions and am confident my eyes are receiving the best of care. His offices are conveniently located. Totally recommend Dr Chow!
The staff was prompt, friendly and informative. I appreciated their time, care, knowledge and the laughs even as they were dilating my eyes. They give a tour of their facilities while completing tests.
