Dr Chow is the perfect specialist. He's a people person, meaning he doesn't rush you through your appointment, & makes sure you understand everything about your diagnosis & have the proper information you need now & might need for the future. Plus he has a great personality :-). I'm so glad I was referred to him & would recommend him to anyone needing a corneal specialist.
I was referred to Dr. Chow & saw him at the Madison Heights office, which is a great office, clean, comfortable & plenty of room. All of the staff & people working at OSM were wonderful, & I felt in excellent hands with Dr. Chow. He was patient, explained everything to me & not in a rush at all, & compassionate. I would highly recommend Dr. Chow & OSM to anyone needing corneal care.
Dr Ellenberg is very kind and speaks gently. He explains everything clearly and answers all questions. I appreciate his gentle manner, it is comforting. I could not ask for more. He is extremely knowledgeable and likable.
She saved me $4,000.out of pocket cost because she verified the need for the lens for my eyes. She was very precise in her explaining the surgery and she corrected my eye sight to 20/20. Not bad for a 75 yr.old. Very good doctor.
