Normally I am very apprehensive about going to see doctors of any practice. It always seems like the world wants to find something wrong with you. So even before going I was majorly concerned. My eye doctor wanted me to see a specialist for my right eye because of noticeable eye strain and issues concerning the veins. Upon entering the facility all I received was kindness. The doctor and technicians assisting me on every machine explained in detail what they were doing and why it was necessary to complete each procedure.They were very thorough and comforting in answering any questions that I might have been concerned with. In the past I have experience professional health care workers who were more concern with their ego instead of their chosen profession and helping others. I loved the fact that the staff was personable, patient and caring in helping me to understand the process I was going through and informing me of continued care in the months to come to monitor my eyes. I saw Dr Kizy for the first time in July of 2020 as she came highly recommended to me by my optometrist when I failed my peripheral vision test 3 times in a row. Dr Kizy quickly identified a tear in my retina and took immediate action to get me in to see a retinologist that same day which then resulted in emergency surgery the next morning. In the spring of 2021 Dr Kizy performed a cataract removal and lens replacement surgery. She has earned my utmost respect, confidence and trust in her knowledge and abilities as well as fondness for her caring and kind manner and guidance through these issues. I highly recommend Dr Kizy and the staff that support her for the best quality in eye care.
