Dr. Catherine Makin

Very good experience. Dr Makin and the techs were very thorough, and I felt they did an excellent job.There were LONG waits between the treatment rooms that was not very good. I asked Dr Makin for a print out of the appointment details, what was discussed, the plan for the treatment, etc. Sadly, that was not provided. I have a serious hearing loss, even with hearing aids. It was difficult to understand what Dr Makin, and the others that did tests during the appointment. My wife wants to know the outcome of the appointment. I need the written results of what was discussed and what was decided after the tests were completed.
