Dr. Makin, M.D. and her Technicians are very easy to discuss your eye care with. Dr. Makin is compassionate, thorough and professional. Eye care was discussed and how diabetes could affect vision issues as well as glucose and A1C levels. Dr. Makin's answered questions in language that is easily understood. I have been a patient for several years with this group in New Braunfels and before with Dr. Michael Tschoepe until his retirement when he sold the business to Westlake Eye Specialists. My husband and I are very satisfied with Dr. Makin and her staff.

Dr. Catherine Makin is quite amazing. She puts your crazy spinning mind at rest with her words of knowledge and calm. I had cataract surgery in one eye so far, the other eye is tomorrow. The results with the first eye were very good, can't wait to do the second eye!!

I have glaucoma. Dr. Makin is taking good care of me. Shes very thorough and has good interpersonal skill.
