Outstanding doctor. Excellent staff. Really made me feel happy to be there and have them doing the surgery. Had the second eye done yesterday and the world sure does look a lot nicer now that I can actually see again! Highly recommend Dr. Makin.

Dr. Makin, M.D. and her Technicians are very easy to discuss your eye care with. Dr. Makin is compassionate, thorough and professional. Eye care was discussed and how diabetes could affect vision issues as well as glucose and A1C levels. Dr. Makins answered questions in language that is easily understood. I have been a patient for several years with this group in New Braunfels and before with Dr. Michael Tschoepe until his retirement when he sold the business to Westlake Eye Specialists. My husband and I are very satisfied with Dr. Makin and her staff.
