    I had the best experience at WGECC North! I met with the Lasik Coordinator (Misty ) and she discussed everything in detail, answered all my questions and put me at ease the moment i walked in the office. Dr. Brooks and his technicians were also knowledgable and very friendly during my exam. My coworker had Lasik by Dr. Brooks last year and was very pleased. So that is how I chose him as my doc.... I am going to have my Lasik procedure after Christmas and I am sooooo excited!! Thank you Misty and to Dr. Brooks and his staff for making my decision easy!

    Dr. Nix and her staff were awesome, kind, friendly and right on time. Had a great eye exam. But then I went to the optical dept. The experience wasnt the best. I was talked down to and wasnt givin a price but was told to go else where. This is not common not for this doctors office. I recieved a call from the optical dept and was apologized to. They really care at this officeI dont want Amanda fired but she needs to be aware of how she treats people and stop judging them. Thank you for the call concerning this. It really helped.

    Wonderful place to have your eye care services. The doctors are friendly and knowledgeable. The staff are helpful and show care and concern for their patients.
