    I've used West GA Eye for years because of their outstanding and long enduring excellent reputation. Recently, I put that reputation to the test because of an eye injury. Naturally, the injury occurred over a weekend, Sunday evening and I already had a previously scheduled appointments the next morning and wasn't able to call West GA Eye until after 12 to see if they might have an opening that day. Because it was an injury versus something routine, they got me in very quickly, did a thorough exam, called in antibiotic drops and sent me on my way all in under an hour start to finish. Everyone concerned from the receptionist that took my initial call all the way to the doctor (new to me) that did the examination - they were all friendly, sympathetic, efficient and seemed genuinely concerned. I would recommend them to anyone whether in an emergency or just looking for a good practice for annual eye exams.

    Office staff, technician/assistant and Dr. Brooks are all very thorough and efficient. The customer service is outstanding!

    Good visit. Did not wait long for my appointment. Employees friendly. Doctor Sussenback answered all my questions. Got new glasses ordered at the optical shop and it was quick, easy and the employee there was very helpful.
